User Data Deletion

How to permanently delete your Leng Social account and the personal data we hold about you.

When you sign in to Leng Social (including with Facebook or Google), we store basic profile information — your name, email address, profile photo, and the content you create on the platform (posts, reels, listings, messages and orders). You can ask us to delete all of it at any time.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

Open Leng Social and sign in.
Go to your Profile → Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account, profile and associated personal data.

Option 2 — Email a deletion request

Send us a message from the email address on your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days. Please include the name or email you signed up with.

What gets removed

Your profile, login identity, posts, reels, marketplace listings, messages and uploaded media. Records we are legally required to keep (such as completed-order/transaction history for tax and fraud-prevention purposes) may be retained in anonymised form.
